These terms and conditions apply when you place an order with us at efprocycling.shop. The agreement is made in English between the customer and EF Pro Cycling’s selected supplier Exakt Stockholm AB, organization number 556706-6161.
Agreement and Order
Orders are placed via the website efprocycling.shop (EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store), and by doing so you accept our terms and conditions. Upon payment, an order confirmation is sent to the customer, and an agreement between the Customer and EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store is thereby concluded.
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all details about products, price, payment, and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via email at customerservice@exakt.se
Product Information
EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store reserves the right for any errors in product descriptions, specifications, incorrect prices, or incorrect information regarding product availability. The shop has the right to correct such errors, change or update the information on the website, and continuously make product changes and improvements. The shop also reserves the right for items being sold out and for any image or text errors on the site.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe.

Stripe is a secure and simple payment method. When you pay for your order by credit card directly in the EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store, the payment services are provided by Stripe. Your payment is processed directly on the Payments page, meaning you are not redirected to an external payment service. All prices in the store are stated in EUR and VAT and shipping fees are stated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in price lists, or inaccuracies due to incorrect information. We reserve the right to adjust prices.
At the time of order, the prices stated on the website apply unless otherwise expressly agreed. If EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store makes price changes after your order has been placed, it does not affect your order—the price at the time of purchase applies.
Delivery
Delivery is made via preferred Shipping Partners according to their terms for the service.
We do not compensate for delivery delays. If your product is damaged or items are missing, this must be reported immediately to EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store. Additional information on this can be found under sections 6 and 7.
Complaints
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumer purchases are governed by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag 2005:59 om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler). The guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) apply.
A customer who wishes to claim a defect in a product must do so as soon as possible after the defect is discovered via email to shop@efprocycling.com. For the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after the customer noticed the defect.
If the buyer shows that the quality of the delivered product is defective in any respect, EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store undertakes to first replace such goods or, secondarily, refund the customer. The customer bears the cost of returning the defective goods.
Refunds made by card will be refunded to the same card used at payment. Complaints are reported by email to shop@efprocycling.com.
Right of Withdrawal/Returns Online
When shopping via EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store, the Distance and Off-Premises Contract Act and the Consumer Sales Act apply. Please note that all products currently offered on EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store are produced On Demand. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply since manufactured goods, such as Print on Demand, are produced according to your specific order.
If EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store chose to offer other products in the future these will grant the customer the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receiving the item or ordering a service without giving any specific reason.

United KingdomItems sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
You can always contact us for any return questions at shop@efprocycling.com. Please note that a receipt/order confirmation is required and that the item must be complete and returned in its original packaging.
7.2 Return Shipping Costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the Customer are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return. We recommend that you send the product back in the same packaging you received it in, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment resulting from negligence, such as inadequate packaging.
7.3 Refunds
Refunds are made within 30 days from when we have received and inspected your item. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, including any labels.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product’s original value in cases where the product is used or damaged. In such cases, we will always contact you first. Refunds are made to the same card used for the purchase.
7.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Manufactured goods, such as Print on Demand, produced based on your order. Custom-made products produced or tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Disputes
If you as a customer have complaints or opinions regarding EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store’s services or products, contact EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store at shop@efprocycling.com. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your case, you are welcome to contact your local consumer advisor, “Hallå konsument,” or Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). We always follow ARN’s recommendations.

If you wish to cancel your order, this can only be done for products in stock (not products that are made on order) before the goods have left our warehouse/supplier. To cancel your order, contact shop@efprocycling.com. If your order has already left the supplier’s warehouse, your case will be handled as a return, provided the product is eligible for return—see section 7 for more information.
Agreement
Sales are made only to persons over 18 years of age. When you place your order, a purchase agreement is concluded between you and EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store. A confirmation is sent by email to the address you provided when ordering. If any errors occur regarding delivery time or other circumstances, EF Pro Cycling Merchandise Store reserves the right to change this afterward.
Privacy and Security
When registering and placing an order, you provide personal information such as name, address, email, and phone number. This means that you consent to us storing and using your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you.

12.3 Legal Basis In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you. Marketing, campaigns, and similar mailings occur only with your consent.
12.4 What information is shared and for what purpose?
12.4.1 Payment Provider: When a purchase is made, information is shared with our payment provider Stripe. This information is retained to complete the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud.
12.4.2 Shipping Company: To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company (name and delivery address).
12.4.3 EF Pro Cycling: Information is shared with EF Pro Cycling and may be entered into their CRM system to provide customer support.

You have the right to access, rectification, and to be forgotten. We strive to protect your personal data and maintain appropriate technical measures to prevent improper disclosure.
