Orders & Payments

When placing an order at the website you accept our terms and conditions. Upon payment we will send you an order confirmation to the email you provided.

If there are any errors in your order confirmation we ask you to immediately contact us via email to customerservice@exakt.se

 

Payments are processed by our payment partner Stripe. Your payment is processed directly on the payments page, and you will not be directed to any external payment services.

All prices in the store are stated in EUR including VAT. Any shipping fees are stated separately at checkout. If we adjust prices this will not affect orders already placed. The price of the time of purchase applies.

At this time we only provide Print on Demand. This means all products are produced according to your order and it means we carry no stock. Therefore, it is not possible to return the product due to change of mind or exchanged due to change of color or size. If there is something wrong with your order or product we will of course correct it. In that case please contact us at shop@efprocycling.com

Shipping & Delivery

Orders take approximately 5–10 business days to be produced. Once completed, delivery usually takes 2 to 7 days, depending on the destination.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as local delivery conditions, carrier delays, remote delivery areas, or peak periods like public holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email you provided.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Printing & Sustainability

DTG printing produces vibrant colors and detailed prints that are soft to the touch. The ink absorbs into the fabric, resulting in a smooth finish rather than a stiff feel.

Yes, we use water-based, non-toxic inks, making the process environmentally friendly.

Printing on Demand means that we produce each product as they are ordered. That means we do not carry any stock. We also aim to produce and deliver as locally as possible. Reducing shipping and related co2 emissions.

Return & Refund Policy

Since all items are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Read more here

If your product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprints, incorrect design, or damage), we offer a replacement or refund. Contact us through shop@efprocycling.com within 15 days of receiving your order with details and photos of the defect.

If your product is clearly defected you usually will not have to send it back. If we request that you send it back to us for investigation, EF Pro Cycling Merchandise store will cover the cost for shipping. We will send you a new product to replace the defective one.
