1. Orders

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

 

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for Paypal, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices on the Website are given in local currency (or USD where local currency is not an option). The prices given on the website on the date the order is placed shall apply. 

If your credit or debit card uses a non supported currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Where do you ship?

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

- United-States: 2-5 days
- Canada: 2-5 days
- Europe: 2-5 days
- UK: 2-3 days
- ROW: 5-14 days

Do you offer fast shipping?

We offer fast shipping on a select number of countries, prices depend on the county and shipping agent.

You can select a fast shipping option after having entered your delivery location.

How can I track my package?

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be attempted or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local delivery office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

The stated prices are excluding any applicable delivery charges and value added tax (VAT) but final prices (totals) are inclusive of any applicable delivery charge and value added tax (VAT) at the applicable statutory rate but exclude customs and duties, which may be imposed on your purchase depending on the country the product is delivered to and the printing source of the product.

Orders placed for delivery in the UK, EU, United-States and Canada should not have any additional customs or duties charged on delivery.

4. Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges for returned items. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Are returns free?

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note all returns must be sent to our UK office.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 10 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement or credit will be issued within 10 days of our services accepting your return.

Returning faulty items

Please contact us if an item you have purchased from the Website develops a fault. Nothing in these terms shall affect your statutory rights.

5. Other questions

What is print on demand?

To reduce mass production and waste materials, each product is printed on demand using high quality printing processes and materials. We don't hold a warehouse of stock so printing can take 1-2 days before despatch.

Selecting multiple products may require fulfilment from more than one supplier therefore shipping costs and delivery times may be affected. Where possible we have made sure that our suppliers can provide as many of our products as possible.
